wait i totally get this #beentheredonethat. i would review the specific type of feelings you get from your friendships that make you so inclined to blur the lines between platonic and romantic feelings. is it the feeling of safety? comfortability? understanding? is it something that you lack in everyday relationships, that once fostered in a friendship, you grow another attachment that leads into something deeper. is there a specific timeframe from when you start to catch feelings? if there is a pattern i would review it to see commonalities. it could be that specific feeling of companionship and true connection that you confuse for romantic feelings. locate it.
